IF COMING OF THE M62 FROM LEEDS GO TO THE ROUNDABOUT AND TAKE YOUR FIFTH EXIT AS IF YOUR GOING BACK ON YOURSELF AND AT THE NEXT ROUNDABOUT TAKE YOUR FIRST LEFT ONTO BLACKLEY ROAD. FOLLOW THE ROAD ALONG FOR ABOUT 1 MILE, TURN LEFT AT THE JUNCTION, FOLLOW THE ROAD DOWN FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE WHICH LEADS INTO BROAD CARR LANE AND THEN TURN LEFT INTO THE HOTEL CAR PARK.
